Consent to Receive Informational and Advertising Newsletters

A legal entity, individual entrepreneur, or legally capable individual (hereinafter – Client), in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 “On Advertising” (hereinafter – Advertising Law), hereby grants consent to GetDesk LLC (OGRN 1247700770822, INN 9721243260) (hereinafter – GetDesk) to receive informational and advertising newsletters (hereinafter – Consent).

1. 1. The Consent is recognized as the Client’s written consent to receive informational and advertising newsletters, provided in accordance with Part 1, Article 18 of the Advertising Law.
2. 2. The Consent is given by the User on the Platform located on the Internet at the address: getdesk.com (hereinafter – Platform).
3. 3. Acceptance of the Consent on the Platform is performed by checking the box next to the text “I agree to receive newsletters with news and special offers” and clicking the “Register” button.
4. 4. The Consent is given for GetDesk to perform the following actions via telecommunication networks:
   1. 4.1. Sending short informational and/or advertising text messages (SMS) via mobile radiotelephone networks.
   2. 4.2. Sending push notifications of an advertising and/or informational nature (short pop-up messages appearing on the screens of Clients’ mobile devices or personal computers).
   3. 4.3. Sending informational and/or advertising messages to the Client’s email address provided during Registration or in the Personal Account.
   4. 4.4. Making calls of an advertising and/or informational nature to the phone number provided by the Client.
5. 5. The actions specified in paragraph 4 of this Consent are carried out for purposes including, but not limited to, informing the Client, including with advertising content, about GetDesk’s activities, the availability of special offers, promotions, bonus programs, and other programs of GetDesk and its partners, as well as events and presentations organized by GetDesk and/or its partners.
6. 6. The Consent is valid indefinitely until its withdrawal.
7. 7. The Client has the right to withdraw their Consent by sending a written withdrawal of Consent to GetDesk’s email: welcome@getdesk.com.
8. 8. From the moment of receiving the withdrawal in accordance with paragraph 7 of the Consent, GetDesk undertakes not to use the Client’s subscriber number for sending informational and advertising messages.
9. 9. These terms may be amended and/or supplemented by GetDesk unilaterally without any special notification. The current version of the Consent is an open and publicly accessible document and is available in the User’s Personal Account on the Platform.
