GetDesk is an online platform for booking workspaces. We provide a convenient service for finding and renting coworking spaces, closed offices, meeting rooms and conference halls

How does GetDesk work?

You choose the desired workspace on our website, book it for the required time and pay for the booking online. After confirmation, you can use the reserved space

What types of workspaces can I book through GetDesk?

GetDesk lets you book coworking spaces, private offices, meeting rooms, and even conference rooms for your business

Can I offer my workspace for rent on GetDesk?

Yes, you can offer your workspace for rent on GetDesk. Read the information on the For partners page. Then register, go to the "Your accommodation objects" section, click "Add" and follow the instructions

Registration and profile settings

Do I need to register to use GetDesk?

Yes, to book workspaces you need to register on our website. Registration will allow you to manage your bookings, receive notifications and use additional features

How to create an account?

Go to the registration page, enter the required data (email, password), click "Register" and confirm your registration using the link sent to your email. You can also register using your Google account. To do this, click the "Sign in with Google" button and follow the instructions

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Go to the login page, click "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions to restore access to your account

How to change personal data in an account?

To change your personal data, go to the "Profile Settings" section in your personal account and make the necessary changes. Don't forget to save them

Search and Booking

Do I need to pay to use GetDesk?

Registration and job search on our website is free. Payment is charged only for the rent of selected jobs and services

How to find a workspace?

Use our search engine to find workspaces by location, date, space type and more. You can also browse listings on the homepage

Is it possible to view the space before booking?

Yes, you can preview the workspace before booking. There are two ways to do this:

  • Sign up for a tour: Fill out the feedback form on the property viewing page, indicating your contact information. A representative of the property will contact you to arrange a viewing date
  • Contact the property by phone: Find the contact phone number on the workspace description page. Call the property directly to ask questions and arrange a tour

Can I change the date or time of my tour?

If you need to change the date or time tour, please contact the property representative directly using the contact number provided on the property viewing page or email our support team

What if I can`t attend the tour at the scheduled time?

If you are unable to attend a tour at your scheduled time, please contact the property representative directly using the contact number provided on the property viewing page or email our support team

Is it possible to book a space for several days or weeks?

Yes, you can book a workspace for any period by specifying the desired dates in the booking window. However, please note the following conditions:

  • If the workspace is open 7 days a week, you can book it for any continuous period, including several weeks
  • If the workspace has a weekend, the booking will be limited to one week. You can extend the booking by making several separate bookings

What to do if the required time is not available?

If the time you need is taken, please try other dates or contact support team for assistance in finding alternative options

Payment and cancellation of booking

What payment methods are accepted?

We use the CloudPayments payment system, which allows our customers to pay for purchases with Visa, MasterCard

All transactions are protected and processed using modern security technologies

What should I do if I have a payment problem?

If you have problems with payment, check the correctness of the entered data and the availability of funds on the card. If the problem is not resolved, contact our support service

Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Yes, the refund policy depends on the time remaining before the start of the booking. Please check the cancellation and refund policy when booking or contact our support service for more information

Cancellation conditions prior to use of the premises:

  • "Early Booking": If you cancel your booking at least 96 hours before the start, you can get a full refund if you cancel within the first 24 hours of payment. After that, a penalty of 50% of the booking cost applies. No refunds are available in the last 48 hours before the start of the booking
  • "Early": If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of your booking, you can get a full refund if you cancel within the first 12 hours after payment. After that, a penalty of 50% of the booking cost applies. In the last 4 hours before the start of the booking, no refund is available
  • "Urgent Booking": No refunds available for cancellations made at least 3 hours before the start of the booking. A penalty of 50% of the booking cost applies. No refunds available in the last 3 hours before the start of the booking
  • Refunds are not available for bookings made less than 3 hours in advance

Cancellation Policy After Check-In: In case of cancellation after check-in, the cost of the days used will be retained and the cost of one penalty day will be charged. 50% of the cost of unused funds will be refunded

How do I get a refund for a cancelled booking?

If your booking is refundable according to the cancellation policy, the funds will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days automatically. If you have any problems, please contact our support service

Can I edit my reservation or change my booking dates?

Unfortunately, at this time you can cancel your current booking and create a new one that meets your requirements
