Consent to Personal Data Processing

By this document, the User, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, as well as confirming their legal capacity, gives consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter – “Consent”) to GetDesk Limited Liability Company (hereinafter – “Operator”).

  1. 1. Acceptance of the Consent is performed by clicking the “Register”/“Publish” button on the website https://getdesk.com/ on the Internet (hereinafter – “Platform”) next to the text “By registering on the website, you agree to the terms of the User Agreement and give your consent to the processing of personal data.”
  2. 2. The User gives consent to the processing of their personal data both without the use of automated means and with their use.
  3. 3. Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data:
    • Last name, First name, Middle name;
    • year, month, date;
    • citizenship;
    • address (place of residence and/or place of stay);
    • personal and corporate email address;
    • account details;
    • phone number;
    • User device identifier;
    • time and date of Platform usage;
    • information about the User’s device location (based on mobile operator network data and GPS signals);
    • data from cookie files;
    • information about the User’s device operating system version and model.
  4. 4. The purpose of processing personal data is:
    • Identification of the User registered on the Platform.
    • Providing the User with access to personalized Platform resources.
    • Establishing communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests related to the use of the Platform, provision of services, and processing requests and applications from the User.
    • Determining the User’s location to ensure security and prevent fraud.
    • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the User.
    • Creating an account for identification and authentication procedures and further provision of access rights to requested resources, as well as access settings, if the User has given consent to create an account.
    • Notifying the Platform User about account status, transactions, operations within the Platform, and possible errors.
    • Providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of issues related to the use of the Platform.
    • Conducting advertising activities with the User’s consent.
    • Conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized User personal data.
    • Analyzing potential errors in the Platform’s operation and improving its functionality.
  5. 5. The User gives consent to the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating (modification, correction), extraction, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access), including cross-border transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction, and transfer to third parties for the purposes specified in this Consent.
  6. 6. The User agrees that the Operator may verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by them, including using the services of other operators, without notifying the User.
  7. 7. The Consent is valid, and the storage of personal data is carried out throughout the duration of the User Agreement concluded between the Operator and the User for the use of the Platform.
  8. 8. The User has the right to withdraw their Consent by preparing a corresponding written document, which can be sent in simple written form to the Operator’s address: 109444, Moscow, inner-city municipal district Vykhino-Zhulebino, Ferganskaya St., 6, bldg. 2, room 3/4, or to the Operator’s email address welcome@getdesk.com.
  9. 9. In case the User withdraws their Consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator is entitled to continue processing personal data without the User’s consent if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006.
