Situated within walking distance of the Ploshchad Lenina metro station, it occupies the historic 19th-century Arsenal factory workshop building, designed by the renowned architects A.P. Gemilian and A.A. Ton.

The spacious 520 m² hall with 9-meter ceilings, professional sound and lighting, and flexible space configurations allow for events of any format – from concerts and parties to corporate events and private functions.

The stage is already equipped and ready for use with a full backline set-up, a DNB sound system, a large lighting suite with pre-programmed scenes, and an LED screen. A full technical package is included in the rental price.
Rassvet is part of the PRAVDA EVENTS ecosystem – an event infrastructure uniting five venues in the two capitals.
